VINO SPUMANTE BRUT

GRAPE: Greco di Tufo 100%
FERMENTATION: At temperature of 12°C for about 40 days during which it gets rich in aromas and glicerole: It turns sparkling wine trough CHARMAT method. Later it is processed at six months of low temperature re-fermentation in autoclave. Then two months of sediment refinement followed.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Colour: Crystalline Straw Yellow
Perfume: Soft but Intense with notes of citrus fruits such as grapefruit combined with acacia flowers,honey and broom.
Taste: Dry with an amplification of its perfume, full-bodied and rich in minerals. Its silk perlage increases agreeableness. Acids are well combined with its softness.
