Winemaking techniques:
the grapes are harvested and hand-selected and undergo a soft pressing and static cold decantation and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18° C. The wine then refines the steel tanks on its own lees prior to bottling.

suitable for tasting aperitifs. Being a balanced and versatile wine, it goes well with fish and shellfish dishes of all kinds.
